Dear Bernheim Community,
This week in Bruin Nation has been so busy! Students have been creating displays and sharing information, creating public service announcements and more! Our students and staff have been growing at every turn and we can’t wait to see the great things they are going to do in the future!
NEED EXTRA HELP????
Thursdays at BMS from 3:00-4:00 pm we have Academic Support. We have already started and several have already stayed. Please reach out to Ms. Chloe Dabrowski at chloe.dabrowski@bullitt.kyschools if you would like to make sure your student is on the list to stay! We want to support your student any way we can.
TRANSPORTATION CHANGES??
If you need to make a change to transportation during the day, call the school prior to 2:30 pm and then send in a transportation change note to Ms Jennifer Vittitoe jennifer.vittitoe@bullitt.kyschools.us You must call in to speak with someone and a written note will be required.

This short week before Thanksgiving the boys play both nights traveling to Bullitt Lick and Zoneton. Both games start at 5:30.

Cheerleading- Our cheerleading squad is going to state!! For the first time ever our team has qualified to represent Bernheim in the state competition. Way to go!

Which House is Winning This week? BMS has a house system that is based on students' year of graduation. Each house can earn points based on areas that are linked to the Bruin Way. Points are earned by the percentage of the house on the honor roll, free from referrals, attendance, school spirit, showing responsibility for yourself and others, participation in community service, random acts of kindness, and more!

Keep Being Amazing Bruin Nation!!!
We do our best to keep you informed! BMS News Bytes is our weekly newsletter, favorite this blog and the school website. BMS Class Highlights includes each teacher's snapshot about what's going on in class. The school website has all forms, information, calendar updates and district information you might need. Individual teacher websites are extremely useful to both students and parents. It is important that you log into Parent Portal and choose the option to receive email and texts from the school. Not only can you view your students grades, attendance and other information it is also a great communication tool to keep you connected. Lastly, please follow us on social media including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. We also have @henryclaytime on Instagram to keep up with the antics of our school therapy dog. As you can see we want to make every effort to stay connected with families.
Thank you again for providing us the opportunity to serve you and your students.
