Dear Bernheim Community,
We’ve missed our students this week and hope everyone is on the mend. When we return, we look forward to seeing everyone healthy and ready to go!
While school has been closed, athletic events have continued. This weekend, we have an Archery Tournament, and our cheerleaders are competing in Florida—Go Bruins!
With the missed days, we had to postpone last week’s planned assessments. These assessments will now take place when students return. The purpose of the STAR assessment is to provide valuable academic insight and support student growth. At BMS, our goal is to help students reach their full potential—not only academically but also in essential life skills.
The STAR assessment will be conducted during regular class time this upcoming week, measuring student progress in both Reading and Math. The results will help determine appropriate class placements for this year and next, ensuring that every student is positioned for success.
We encourage students to give their best effort so we can get an accurate picture of their progress. Thank you for your support in making this a smooth transition back to school!
