Dear BMS Community,

- donated over 1000 canned goods to families in need-Thank you Beta
- donated over 200 items to the local animal shelter-Thank you Student Council
- made cards and Christmas Stockings for residents at a local nursing home
- visited a local nursing home and performed for them. Visited with individuals and went Christmas caroling.
- Band and Choir students performed on Thursday evening to a packed house. Wonderful concert
- celebrated Reading with a popcorn party in 5 different classrooms
- students were selected for the Be Bold Card drawing-keep being bold in kindness, courage and excellent work ethic!
- dissected in PLTW medical detectives
- worked on a Marching Band routine with members of the BCHS marching band in 6th grade math class
- completed research on the value of Therapy Animals and have written a piece about it in ELA
- modeled the difference between digital and analog signals, as well as rotations and revolutions.
- finished the book A Long Walk To Water-
- modeled what it was like to be a delegate in Philadelphia when the Articles of Confederation were written
- student celebrations after school this week included, cheerleaders, Beta, Student Council, CEO's last week- BMS students are fantastic

There were so many more great things happening it is too much to put here! This week students will have their Fall Renaissance Rally on Wednesday, make sure everyone is here to celebrate! Each day this week is a spirit day, see below. School will be back in session on January 7th, we have a lot of work yet to do! Students and staff alike are working hard to create a positive impact on not only BMS but the community at large! Thank you for all you do!
